Dear Sir, I was on you membership list last year (2018) and turned up to your venues as a Guest.
I wrote to you regarding unforseen circumstances i would come of your list as i thought i would not been able to attend to any of your Venues and i returned the guest card which you put on view in your car. Circumstances has changed and would like to be put back on your Members List for this year.
